Thanks to  advanced data transmission technologies we have created a web circuit offering an immediate communication channel between clients and tourist accommodations. Our service does not require either a subscription or additional booking fees.

How to make a reservation? It is very easy!

1. Select the offer which suits you best  and verify all costs and details

2. Enter you holiday information data  (date of arrival, number of nights, number of persons, etc...)

3. Verify the total cost estimate (automatically calculated)

4. If you wish to confirm the cost estimate, proceed by entering the personal data we require

5. Select a type of payment (by credit card,  bank transfer, postal  order)

After you made the payment we will send you  a voucher by e-mail. The voucher represents your reservation document and you are required to print it and to take it with you.

Select the offer you are interested in, verify all details, costs and conditions through the  Travelmix Portal and than enter your holiday information data (date of arrival, number of nights, number of persons, etc...). The total cost estimate is automatically calculated and it will be immediately displayed. After your s acceptance of the total cost estimate, the reservation request will be processed through the Travelmix web Portal by data transmission systems.

If the offer you selected is immediately available we will send you a notice where you will be asked to choose  a method of payment to proceed with your reservation (in case of payment by credit card you will receive an immediate booking confirmation; in case of payment by postal  order or bank transfer we grant you a 48 hour- option). If the offer you selected is not available, your request will be immediately forwarded to our Booking Center who will verify the offer availability within 48 hours. In case the accommodation  facility is full or it can not be booked for any other reason beyond our control we will propose alternative accommodation  facilities selected among our Partners.

You can send all requests concerning your reservation (explanations,  changes, cancellations…) by  e-mail or by fax or by phone. Your reservation is to be considered confirmed only after we received the payment of the requested amount (we usually require and advanced full payment of the total amount; sometimes only a down payment is required). The reservation document (voucher) certifies that the reservation was confirmed and both the client and the accommodation facility will receive a copy of it at the same time.
Please, remember to take the voucher with you and to give it at the hotel reception desk. From that moment Travelmix accommodation services are to be considered as concluded.

“Roulette Formula” Accommodation
When booking some special offers or tourist packages you will not be immediately informed on the name of your accommodation facility, instead you will find  a special note reading as follows: “Roulette Formula” Hotel. This kind of service is commonly offered by Tour Operators and web sites specialized in selling tourist offers. In fact the name of the facility where you are going to be accommodated will be communicated only after you made the payment. In this case we will  select your hotel among our Partners facilities -  excellent 3 or 4 star hotels -  reporting   “last second” accommodation availabilities. In fact your  hotel will be assigned  according to real time -  accommodation availabilities reported that very moment by the hotel. Travelmix guarantees its partners’ excellent  level and quality. The hotel’s  name and address will be communicated in the reservation voucher that you will receive by e-mail after you made the payment.

Payment conditions will be clearly explained each time. We usually  require an advanced full payment of the total amount. Sometimes we require a down payment (the requested sum will be communicated each time) on the total sum of the package whereas the settlement sum is to be paid directly to the tourist facility.

The payment can be made according to the following methods:
1. on line credit card
2. bank transfer
3. postal order or postal transfer

As soon as you select your method of payment we will send you by e-mail all data necessary to proceed with your payment. Your reservation will be considered completed and effective only after we received the relevant payment receipt by fax.
After your acceptance of the cost estimate it is required that you send the relevant payment receipt by  no later than 48 hours otherwise  the reservation request will be annulled.

The voucher concerning the reservation of your accommodation or holiday package will be sent you by e-mail. Please, be very careful when you write your email address  in your Personal  Data  Form, because you will receive our communications mainly by e-mail.
