The client’s reservation voucher  can be printed in less than 5 minutes without our direct intervention  and this operation will make  the Agency earn the relevant sales commissions. It takes just one click!

Control panel
Through their on line dedicated area  Travelmix Partners gain access to a personal control panel whose options allow the Agency  operator to perform quickly all necessary operations and to get real time documents:  it is possible to make reservations, to check  the Agency accountancy (gross and net takings, payments, commissions) and to print vouchers  and  invoices.
 
Any Agency Operator connecting to the programme control panel will be actually able  to perform the following operations: 

• making immediate on line reservation;
• issuing clients’ reservation vouchers;
• invoice self - printing;
• checking the status of real – time reservations, gross and net amounts, agency commissions.

A complete Sales Kit
Through the control panel any Agency Operator can  confirm a reservation within a few minutes. The offer selected by the client can be booked directly  through the Internet using a very simple procedure: 

• Selection: connecting to the on line Agency Dedicated Area the Agency Operator can look for a package according to the Client’s requirements. Each package presents a detailed and accurate description of both offer and prices.
• Cost estimate: the cost estimate is automatically calculated by the programme, simply by entering  the reservation data.
• Reservation: accommodation availabilities  are constantly updated and  it is possible to make an  immediate, real-time reservation.
• Payment: we require the payment of the total net amount; the Agency can pay  by credit card, postal order or bank transfer.
• Voucher: after receiving the client’s payment the Agency Operator can immediately print the voucher and give it to the client.

Commissions
We grant minimum 8% commission  on the total amount of the reservation. The Agency is required to pay the net amount. No commission invoice is needed.
Any Agency Operator can check any time the amounts of the Agency commissions just entering the on line Agency Dedicated Area.

The Agency has no opening cost, no licence fee:  access and use of Travelmix on line Dedicated Area is totally free of cost.
